Smart Girl

I have been reading a book that goes through the different developmental stages Alexis should be reaching each month. This month it said that she should be able to pass shapes through a shape sorter. WELL, we didn't have a shape sorter at the time, and this was the only thing on the list she couldn't do.  So what do I do you ask? I make an urgent trip to the store to buy her one! Not only is she getting the hang of working it, but she puts the matching shapes together before she passes them through the right hole. I am one proud Mama!
