First Trip to the Zoo

She loved people watching (just like her Momma) and loved her friend.

 But hated the fake Gorilla....

AND the real gorilla!

Cute picture! However it was taken about 5 seconds before she started crying and clinging on to her daddy. Then, she did not lift her head up off my shoulder until we completely passed all of the monkeys.

Lesson learned: Alexis is more of a people person, rather than an animal person.

It Was a Happy Easter for Alexis

Fun things to do on  Easter Sunday...

1. Play in mud puddles.

2. Get cleaned up and splish and splash in the bathtub with your cousin Elana.

3. Get pretty again. All while showing everyone how ladylike you are showing off your diaper.

4. Smile so that everyone will give you candy and cookies.

Big Girl

Mommy bought Alexis a table for her and Payton to share. Until then of course Alexis thinks its all hers.

She has already mastered the art of coloring (scribbling) in the day that she has had the table.

Things she has not mastered... Getting in and out of the chair without falling on her face.

Alexis wasnt sure at first about putting her hand into the concrete... but then she wanted to do more! We kept one and gave the other as a gift to Alexis' Great Great Grandmother, who already has a front yard full of stones from all of her other grandkids, great grandkids and now a great great grandchild. She may need a bigger yard!
