Marshall

This week- He's growing too long for some newborn clothes. Starting to really love the swing we bought him. Colic is a rough thing! But finding ways to make it a little more bearable for all involved! 

Lydia

This week- She can no longer wear anything preemie.

Her favorite thing to do- Stare at Mommy and Daddy's wedding photo on the wall. It's prolly just the contrast in colors... But still! 

And most importantly ...

This week- Daddy went back to work!! It was a great 8+ weeks off! 

And their first Memorial Day.

These two pictures accurately describes my babies... Lydia is always happy. Marshall not so much! Haha Actually his poor belly is getting better now that I have cut out dairy. But he still has his sad moments when his belly doesn't wanna cooperate with him.

Nursery Reveal

This nursery was definitely a group effort...

Letters made from my Mom's Cricut.

Hand me down cribs from my cousin.

I redid an old dresser from my MIL and turned it into a changing table. My MIL made them blackout curtains for their room (not pictured).

I knew I wanted the girls to participate somehow in putting together the nursery, but I wasn't sure how. I gave them each some paint (the nursery color scheme of course) and wine corks and let them go to town. And I was happy with the result. But when I was making a project for a friend I knew how to finish it; I added the saying on top of their artwork. They areso  proud of it! The babies' room in their favorite place. They especially love the rocking chair.
