Lydia Three Week Check Up

Three Week Weight Check.. Success! 

My big 4 pound 14.5 ounce baby!!! Were finally up past her birth weight! :) No more weight checks!! 

She also got to go out shopping (to Walmart) for the first time. Her, Alexis and I had a fun day together.

But not without her "Do Not Touch" sign!! I've never been one to worry about germs, but when you have babies that are barely five pounds it makes you take extra precaution.

Twins!!

Lydia and Marshall made their first twin friends today! So glad Heather and Christina had time to visit while they were in town. Now let's work on a trip to Twinsburg so they can have some twin friends their age! 

Two Weeks

Two Week Check Up

Their two week check up went pretty well.

Marshall is doing great with weight but having some trouble with gas. So the doctor suggested supplementing with a different formula. The doctor said his curcumcision looks perfect! Of course I had to make a joke about that. ;) We go back next for his one month check up.

Lydia is not up to her birth weight so we are keeping an eye on her. She was having some trouble nursing once we introduced the bottle so we had to slow down on the supplementing to get a better handle on nursing. So the only slight weight gain wasn't a huge shock to me. We go back in a week to check her weight. 

Other than that, both babies are doing great! I don't think we could have asked for anything better considering they were about 4 weeks early.

*Miley didn't get to come. We ran out of hands. 

The girls even got to play at the park! Payton finally decided she could brave the slide when it was time to go! But she did it! So we came home and had Popsicles. Now bath time! Here's to hoping Operation: Tire Whole Family So Mommy Can Sleep is a success.

Easter Egg Hunt in the Living Room

The girls wanted to color eggs again, so we did!

And Mommy fail... Can't find where I put their Easter dresses. So no cute outfits this year. :( But I was able to match all four a little bit. However I imagine getting all four to look at the camera and smile, at the same time, is a little too much to ask. 

After all the stress of trying to get four kids out the door (minus pretty Easter dresses) I decided I deserved my first glass of wine in 9mos+! Too bad I couldn't finish the whole thing because it instantly made me sleepy. I should have snuck away and napped!

They slept all day! Now I'm afraid we are in for a long night!
